I did not start with clarity or a clean path forward. I was shaped by life’s hardest discomforts, moments that forced me to either break or rebuild. I chose to rebuild.
That choice demanded resilience, patience, and the willingness to face uncertainty head-on rather than run from it.
For over a decade, I worked in the fitness industry, managing others how to build their own training businesses, managing multi-million dollar corporate gyms, marketing and promoting someone else's vision until I decided I wanted more.
But business was never just about strategy for me. It became a reflection of how I learned to stand back up, adapt, and create stability where there once was none.
Creativity has always been my anchor. Design consistently pulled me back to purpose and direction when everything else felt unstable. Through years of building businesses for others and for myself, I recognized the same disconnects that once held me back.
I understood them because I lived them.
Today, I lead with integrity, communication and high-impact.
